🧡 With short daily inputs from Mon-Fri during the Wellness Weeks, you will learn to support your wellbeing with oils, supplements and a variety of relaxation practices and tips 

🧡 On Saturday, you may attend an optional class on the benefits of essential oils and a summary of the week

HOW MUCH TIME?

🧡 Do as much or as little as you like each day. Simply look at the resources whenever suits.

🧡 The optional Zooms on Saturdays after each Wellness Week last about 30 minutes including your Q & A.
